Did the adventure tour around Rottnest Island and it was nothing short of amazing. Really good experience. Stupidly we mis-judged the train times and missed the 09:30AM ferry we had booked on. Friendly staff at the counter simply swapped us onto the 10AM ferry with no fuss and no extra charge. Ferry crossing is bang on 30 mins both ways. Rottnest is amazing!

We did Adventure boat tour from Perth and had an amazing day.We were lucky enough to see Dolphins, Seals, Osprey and Pelican.Lachy and Eli were both brilliant, making sure we had a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable ride. Definitely recommend this trip.

I can recommend the whole trip to Rottnest and back. On the island we only took the 90 minutes discover bus tour. This was enjoyable and informative. With a bit more forward planning, we would have hired bikes to tour round ourselves.

Fantastic service. Comfortable boat and great island bus tour with Eli. Particular thanks to Sharene (I think that’s her name) the host on the boat. My husband lost his glasses on the island and she went above and beyond what could be expected to find them the next day; however, unfortunately unsuccessfully.

The experience should have been fantastic from start to end but was spoilt by Ely, he moved a passenger from one side of the boat to the other, after the next stop in a bay the captain said the boat was unbalanced and I was moved to a centre seat. This completely spoilt my trip. The event is great the staffing was inept.

With construction work going on the wharf at B Shed Fremantle there is very limited space and anyone coming from north of the river has to contend with the traffic problem getting over the bridge while under construction.It would be good to see more ferries leaving from Rouse heads .

We went on the Adventure Boat Tour with skipper Lachy and guide Ely! They were both legends! Very kind and knowledgeable, they both pointed out some dolphins for us and Ely was an expert, we learnt so many things! Best part was the music! So so good. 10/10 Recommend.

Ditch the “guided presentation” on the way from Perth to Fremantle unless you are going to have someone deliver it with passion and knowledge. Our “guide” was reading straight from a piece of paper, often falling behind with where the boat was actually at and her accent was so thick we could not understand much of what she said. Would be better without this. Otherwise, it was a pleasant trip with a nice crew.

Excellent service, great ferry and bus tour to a beautiful destination. Highly recommend you book both the ferry and the bus on the island.Only issue was with the tour commentary on the ferry. The person on the mic was not a native English speaker, spoke with a strong Latin or South American accent, and was largely not understandable. I'm sure she's more understandable face to face, but over a PA with ferry engine noise it is a baffling choice for Rottsnest Express to make.That being said, Kate provided the commentary on the island bus. She was excellent, knew all kinds of facts, was personable, and is clearly a local Western Australian from the colloquial jokes and fun comments about the island.The bays, the ocean colours, the animals, the island flora and fauna is exceptional and worth every penny paid.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff!We were so impressed with the team at Rottnest Express. We had to change our ferry times a few times (and travelled with a fair bit of luggage ... a swag and a suitcase!), but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
