Very helpful and accommodating staff members, well done to all of the workers at Rottnest Express Ferry services, you do a wonderful job. I was particularly impressed that I arrived almost late for the ferry but I was still able to get on. I would still recommend to others to get to the ferry ahead of time.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff!We were so impressed with the team at Rottnest Express. We had to change our ferry times a few times (and travelled with a fair bit of luggage ... a swag and a suitcase!), but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were polite, understanding, and made sure everything was clearly communicated and well looked after. It made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. Really fantastic service — thank you!
I had a wonderful experience with Rottnest Express - using their ferry service to get both to and from Rottnest Island and also the bicycle hire on the island. All the services were seamless the bicycle was great and very easy to use. I really enjoyed my trip. Keep up the good work!
My Rottnest Island day cruise down the Swan River via Fremantle was very scenic with informative commentary. The day bus tour on Rottnest Island was well conducted and entertaining with informative commentary too. Both way trips were comfortable with excellent serving of refreshments and onboard services. The onboard staff were very friendly and interactive. Highly recommend this trip with this company.

Great ferry service with a brilliant option of adding a 90 minute speedboat trip around the island. I am not very keen on smallboats but skipper Kate and tour guide Eli made everyone feel totally at ease ensuring we were safe and secure at all times. Eli, a marine conservationist, shared his wealth of knowledge on all aspects of the marine life during the full trip. Definitely recommend adding the speedboat trip.
We went on the whale watching trip, 1:00pm Friday 17th with Jacko and Eli as the commentator. Awesome trip, Eli’s commentary in particular was knowledgable and interesting, and his enthusiasm shone through and made the whole experience so much more satisfying.
