An all round wonderful experience.The ferry rides were smooth and comfortable, the bus tour was informative and entertaining and getting to see the quokkas up close was amazing.Plenty of great food options and things to see and do on the island.
Thank you so much to the whole Rottnest team for a fantastic trip too and from Rottnest Island. The guys were very helpful as I tried to suss out getting the battery out of my electric bike with my two toddlers in tow. The ferry ride was smooth, the people helpful and the amenities clean! Would highly recommend using these guys for your day out on Rottnest Island!
Thank you so much to Rottnest Express for a wonderful day on the island!From lovely Matty giving us a flat white and a water on the very first boat of the morning, to the amazing bike crew - shout out to Jacob and the bike tech lads for the excellent bikes! They were brand new and such a dream to ride around the island.The toilets smelt lovely, and the air conditioning was amazing after a hot day cycling around. The staff were absolutely wonderful with our toddler twins, always keeping them safe and looked after. The girls also loved picking out some lovely treats from the shop - especially their Quokka Club bunnies!It’s so great to see all the new upgrades at the terminal too. We love you, Rottnest Express - thank you so much for making our family day so special!
WoW, just WoW, from being picked up in the morning and taken to the ferry, to receiving a great mini feast of information from Malcolm, our guide, who then stepped it up a gear on the Rottnest Island Tour Bus, to having lunch at Frankies to our ferry ride back to Perth, a fantastic day out, well done on creating this but a special well done to Malcolm who had a terrific amount of enthusiasm whilst imparting information to us all.
Visited Rottnest Island 16 April 2026. Holly was a brilliant and very informative host, both on the ferry and on the 90 minute island bus tour. She has a very natural and warm personality, she’s a credit to the Company.
We had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional throughout.I encountered some issues while booking the bus service along with the ferry, but when I approached one of the staff members, he went above and beyond to assist us. His support made a big difference.The bus ride itself was excellent, the commentary was informative, and the driver was highly professional.Thank you again for helping us sort out the bus arrangements. He even waited for us and made sure we were able to board comfortably. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed.
