Rotto express is awesome. The staff are relaxed and happy to help. Nothing is a problem. You give them your bags and the next time you see them they are at your unit/accommodation. They are happy to change the ferry if needed and they help you out if you need it. Making your holiday experience less stressful. We’ve travelled a lot to Rotto and we’ve turned up to earlier ferries, changed to later ferries - luggage has been lost (our fault) and they call around to find it and get it on the next ferry. Considering the amount of people who travel to Rotto that is a pretty amazing effortWell done to all the (predominantly young) staff! 🙌

These guys run and very tight ship. Well done!!It was xmas day and all the staff were dressed up festively and very chirpy.The boarding was smooth and the ride over and back great with little swell.
