eVoucher Redemption

  1. Simply click the Book Now link that corresponds with your Rottnest Express promotion or voucher number to make your booking; adult, concession & child codes can all be entered on one booking.
  2. Please note our supported browser for Windows/Mac is Google Chrome 48.0 or higher, Firefox 45.0 or higher or Microsoft IE11 or higher.
  3. On the Dates & Guests page, enter the voucher number into ‘I have a prepaid evoucher’ section and complete the details of your travel arrangements.

Please note

If redeeming multiples vouchers, you can enter them on one booking by entering the voucher code in the ‘I have a prepaid eVoucher’ on the first page, clicking ‘Add Voucher’and then repeating this process until all codes are redeemed in the booking.

Once you have selected your ferry times, your voucher number and booking is considered confirmed, at this time you will have 30 minutes to complete your ferry booking.

If you wish to add on a Quokka Club member you can do so simply by including your Quokka Club member during the booking process online.

In addition to making bookings on rottnestexpress.com.au, bookings can be made through our customer service team at 1300 467 688. A fee of $2.50 per person applies to bookings made through our customer service team – both over the phone or in person. The booking fee is not payable for bookings made online via rottnestexpress.com.au.
