Ferry excellent but the star of the day was Sophie on the accompanying bus tour. She was animated, informed and informal and to top it all, it was her birthday!
From the moment we arrived, Sophie was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly professional. During the bus tour of Rottnest Island, she shared so much interesting information about the island’s history, wildlife, and hidden spots — all delivered with genuine enthusiasm. She made everyone feel comfortable and included, and was always happy to answer questions or help with directions and tips for exploring.Sophie’s warm personality and knowledge really elevated the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the way she looks after guests.A big thank you to Sophie and the Rottnest Express team for such a memorable day — highly recommend both the premium ferry and bus tour, especially if Sophie is your guide!
