A big thank you to Jamie who helped us to drive us with his own car to the right address for return because the lady who made our booking didn't specify about that. Jamie, you've been so kind to drop us (after work) to the other point to get our cars and pick up the rest of our family. You are one of a kind! Thank you! What goes around comes around! 🙏
Rotto express is awesome. The staff are relaxed and happy to help. Nothing is a problem. You give them your bags and the next time you see them they are at your unit/accommodation. They are happy to change the ferry if needed and they help you out if you need it. Making your holiday experience less stressful. We’ve travelled a lot to Rotto and we’ve turned up to earlier ferries, changed to later ferries - luggage has been lost (our fault) and they call around to find it and get it on the next ferry. Considering the amount of people who travel to Rotto that is a pretty amazing effortWell done to all the (predominantly young) staff! 🙌
